A parent on the first visit
What your child needs changes. The clinic does not.
Most families meet a pediatric dentist once, for one problem. The point of a children-only clinic is that you do not have to start again every time something changes.
The first tooth
Feeding, tongue and lip tie, the first check-up by the first birthday.
The first decisions
Fillings or watch and wait. Habits. The first time a child has to sit still.
Adult teeth arrive
Sealants, crowns, root canals, and the first look at how the jaw is growing.
Straightening up
Braces and aligners, and the airway work that should have started earlier.
Six areas of care
Each one has a page of its own, with what it is, when we would do it, and when we would not.
Laughing gas and sedation
Four levels, matched to the child rather than the procedure: laughing gas, oral sedation, extra support in the chair, and hospital dentistry for the most complex cases.
Special needs
Autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, intellectual disability and neurodivergent conditions. This is the one part of the clinic that is not limited to children.
Airway and mouth breathing
Done with ENT specialists, with myofunctional therapy and early intervention. If your child snores, sleeps with their mouth open, or wakes tired, start here.
Orthodontics
Braces and aligners, including certified Invisalign for children. The first question is almost always what age to start, and often the answer is to wait.
Tongue tie and lip tie
Diagnosis and release, including laser. Dr. Shivika Agarwal has been releasing ties since 2018 and is a certified lactation consultant, so feeding is part of the same conversation.
Everything else
Fillings, crowns, baby root canals, silver diamine fluoride, extractions, space maintainers, fluoride, sealants, check-ups, X-rays, knocked-out teeth and teething.
Three things do not change
Forty minutes, not ten
Every session is booked for at least forty minutes, including a first check-up.
We say what we would leave alone
If a cavity is small enough to watch rather than drill, we will say so, and show you next visit whether it changed.
Prevention first
The aim of a check-up is that your child does not need the next appointment. Fewer root canals, not better ones.
What parents say
Reviews exactly as parents wrote them, and the visits they let us film.
Visited Tooth Tales, a wholesome dental clinic exclusively dedicated to kids(from really little ones to adolescents), and I am a super satisfied parent. Dr Sanchit and Dr Shivika and the entire team are incredibly talented as well as very kind and friendly towards the kids. My daughters were not at all scared to get themselves examined and treated.
The waiting room
A child who was scared of the chair
My 11-year-old daughter was a bit apprehensive about going for a dental checkup, but Tooth Tales completely changed that! The dentist was incredibly patient and gentle, explaining every step of the process in a way my kid could easily understand. It was clear they had a knack for working with kids.
The chair
A treatment done under laughing gas
Dr. Sanchit is highly professional and knows his subject very well. He explains everything in detail before the treatment even the staff is incredibly nice and friendly with the kid. The diagnosis and treatment is absolutely to the point. Overall our experience at tooth tales has been wonderful.
The team
My son had cavity problem then I got to know about pediatrics dental clinic “Tooth Tales”. Dr Sanchit took a lot of time to explain the complete treatment, its root cause and precautions that we need to follow and provided us with a lot of study material to understand the current situation. He follows very unique approach of doing treatment to feel children comfortable.
