Invited to speak for dental associations in five countries. He started Tooth Tales so that every child could have a dental home, somewhere a visit feels safe instead of scary.
A dentist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, looking after tongue tie, lip tie and mother-baby feeding care.
Think of us as your child’s dental home, the same way you have a family doctor. Come and see us around the first birthday, then every six months after that. We get to know your child and, just as importantly, your child gets to know us, long before anything ever hurts.
If a cavity has already started, our job is to stop it and save the tooth. We pick whatever keeps the tooth, never whatever is fastest. And if a cavity is small enough to simply keep an eye on, we will tell you so, then show you at the next visit whether anything has changed.
A sore tooth at bedtime. A tooth knocked out in the park. A cheek that has puffed up overnight. Bring them straight to us. Dr. Sanchit is trained in conscious sedation, and it is what lets a frightened child be treated gently in one visit.
Everything that goes near your child is cleaned the same careful way, every single time. Ask to see how, and we will happily show you.
Every appointment is forty minutes long, a first check-up included. There is time to go slowly, so we do.
What we found, what it means, and what happens if you wait. No jargon, no hurry, and every question answered.
Reviews exactly as parents wrote them, and the visits they let us film.
More than a treatment, a journey built on trust
We recently visited Tooth Tales for our son Parth’s dental treatment, as he had cavities in multiple teeth, including two major ones. As parents, we were naturally very worried about the procedure and were not familiar with pediatric dentists.
From our very first visit, Dr. Shivika took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all our concerns, and guided us on the causes and prevention of dental issues in children. Her reassurance gave us a lot of confidence.
Dr. Sanchit treated our son with great patience, care, and professionalism. He made every effort to keep our child comfortable throughout the procedure. The entire Tooth Tales team was kind, supportive, and wonderful with children.
The clinic is very child-friendly and creates a welcoming environment for young patients.
We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Sanchit Paul, Dr. Shivika, Dr. Haniya and the entire Tooth Tales team for their efforts and support. Treating a child is not an easy job, and we truly appreciate the dedication and care they showed.
We highly recommend Tooth Tales to parents looking for the best dental care for their children. Every child deserves special care, and that’s exactly what they provide.
They flew in from Dubai, and are finally happy with the treatment
I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Sanchit Paul and his entire team (Tooth Tales – Noida) for the exceptional care and dedication provided over the past few years.
Finding a pediatric dental specialist who combines both deep expertise and genuine compassion is rare, and our experience has truly exceeded expectations.
When my daughter first came in, her dental condition was quite challenging. From the very beginning, the approach was not just to treat the issue, but to understand it thoroughly and build a long-term solution. Every step was carefully explained, and the level of attention to detail was remarkable. The treatment plan was executed with precision, and the final outcome including the crown was handled flawlessly.
Today, seeing her confident smile is a direct reflection of that commitment and skill. What stood out the most was not just the technical excellence, but the patience and care shown throughout the entire journey by Dr Sanchit Paul and his great team.
Working with children requires a special level of empathy and trust-building, and that was evident in every interaction. There was never a moment of rush or compromise, only consistent focus on doing what was best for the child. Over time, we trusted the same care for our son as well, and once again, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Maintaining quality, consistency, and attention over these years speaks volumes about professionalism and dedication.
Beyond treatment, there is a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to patient well-being that truly sets this practice apart. It is not just about fixing dental issues, it is about restoring confidence, comfort, and long-term oral health.
I would highly recommend this care to any parent looking for not only expertise, but also someone who genuinely cares about children and their well-being.
This experience has made a lasting impact on our family, and we are sincerely thankful for Dr. Sanchit and Team.
Inside the clinic with Dr. Sanchit Paul
Until a few months ago, we weren’t even aware that Pediatric Dentistry was a separate specialty. When our 2.5-year-old son started having dental issues, we went from one dentist to another, seeking opinions and trying to understand the best course of action. As parents, it was overwhelming to hear that such a young child might need extensive dental treatment, and the thought of treatment under general anesthesia made us even more anxious.
Meeting Dr. Sanchit at Tooth Tales changed everything. From the very first consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain our child’s condition, the treatment options, and why each procedure was necessary. He patiently answered every question, addressed our concerns about general anesthesia, and helped us make informed decisions with confidence.
One thing that truly stood out throughout our journey was the accessibility and support from the entire Tooth Tales team. Whenever we had a concern, a doubt, or needed clarification, help was just a phone call away. We never felt left on our own trying to figure things out. Someone from the team was always available to guide us promptly, which provided immense reassurance during what was otherwise a stressful time for us as parents.
The treatment was carried out smoothly under general anesthesia, and our son recovered well. What impressed us most was their commitment to saving and restoring teeth wherever possible rather than taking the easier route. Throughout the journey, we felt supported, informed, and reassured.
We are truly grateful to Dr. Sanchit and the entire Tooth Tales team for their expertise, compassion, responsiveness, and dedication. If any parent is facing dental issues with a young child and feeling as lost as we were, I would wholeheartedly recommend Tooth Tales. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience for our family.
By the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. We believe in establishing a dental home from pregnancy onwards, so problems are prevented instead of treated.
Happy gas is the mildest form of sedation used in dentistry. Nitrous oxide is its medical name. At the clinic you will hear it called Happy Gas, which is what your child will hear too, so all three mean the same thing. Your child stays awake, breathes on their own, and can answer you throughout. It wears off within minutes of the mask coming off, and most children go back to school the same day. Dr. Sanchit Paul is a Certified Conscious Sedation Professional.
